Description
As it's nearly Hallowe'en I thought I'd upload this old piece from 2007 - Caput Gothica Haemoglobulous, the blood spotted Goth cap toadstool.
It was a first attempt at a piece for the Herbarium Intermundia project, done before I had such a clear idea of how I wanted the book to look, its style or its atmosphere. The toadstools will appear in the book, based on the same sketch this was painted from but painted in a different style.

Toadstools are my most favourite but your whole gallery is very fine.
