Description
This is my piece for 
monthly theme - this month its 'Balloon Ride'.
In the past I've tended to do small pieces for the club that were drawn out and painted fairly quickly but this time I wanted to do something with a bit more, well, a bit more 'substance' I suppose.
Also I've had a really rubbish week at work and knowing that I was going to be able to spend at least a couple of hours each night completely absorbed in my art has kept me going.
So here is Professor Wilbur P. Leporidae, astronomer, explorer of the skies and collector of leporine mythologies off on an adventure in his air-balloon.
The original is 15.5 x 10.5 inches, painted in watercolours on hot-pressed paper - SOLD
